This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Social Security (Special Disability Trust Beneficiary Requirements) (FaCSIA) Nomination of Agreement 2006 is revoked.
Definitions
In this instrument:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991.
Nominated Agreements
For subparagraph 1209M (2) (b) (ii) of the Act, each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 is a nominated agreement.
