I, WAYNE JULIAN GIBBONS, Acting Secretary to the Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, acting under subsection 1209M (3) of the Social Security Act 1991, nominate each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 for the purpose of subparagraph 1209M (2) (b) (ii) of that Act.

This Nomination of Agreement commences on 20 September 2006.
