I, PETER J. BOXALL, Secretary of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, acting under subsection 1209M (3) of the Social Security Act 1991, nominate each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 for the purpose of subparagraph 1209M (2) (b) (ii) of that Act.

This Nomination of Agreement commences on 20 September 2006.
