1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Social Security (South Australian ‘Self-Managed Funding Initiative’) (DEEWR) Determination 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after registration.

1. Personal care support scheme

The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as Phase One: Self-Managed Funding Initiative (being the scheme of that name established by the South Australian Department of Family and Communities) is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991.
