1.   Name of determination

This determination is the Social Security (Self-Directed Funding Tasmania Program) Determination 2015.

2.   Commencement

This determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3.   Revocation

The following determinations are revoked:

a)    Social Security (Personal Care Support - Tasmanian Self Directed Funding Pilot) (FaHCSIA) Determination 2013

b)    Social Security (Personal Care Support - Tasmanian Self Directed Funding Pilot) (DEEWR) Determination 2013

c)    Social Security (Personal Care Support - Tasmanian Self Directed Funding Pilot) (DIICCSRTE) Determination 2013

4.   Personal care support scheme

(1)   The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as the Self-Directed Funding Tasmania Program is an approved scheme for the purposes of section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.

(2)  In this determination, Self-Directed Funding Tasmania Program means the scheme established under the Disability Services Act 2011 (Tas).
