1. Name of instrument
   This instrument is the Social Security (Satisfaction of the Activity Test – Classes of Persons) (DEEWR and FaHCSIA) Specifications 2009 (No. 1) – Instrument of Revocation 2015. 

2.                Commencement

   This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3. Revocation

   The Social Security (Satisfaction of the Activity Test – Classes of Persons) (DEEWR) Specification 2009 (No. 1) and the Social Security (Satisfaction of the Activity Test – Classes of Persons) (FaHCSIA) Specification 2009 (No. 1) are revoked.

4                 Expiry

This instrument expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument
