I, SHARON BIRD, Minister for Higher Education and Skills make this determination under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.[1]
[1] This Determination has effect in relation to provisions of the Social Security Act 1991 in so far as they relate to matters for which I have responsibility under the Administrative Arrangements Order.

This determination commences on the day after it is registered.
Personal care support scheme
The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as Self Directed Funding Pilot (being a scheme established by the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services) is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991.
