I, Brendan O’Connor, Minister for Employment and Minister for Skills and Training, make this determination under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.[1]
[1] This Determination has effect in relation to provisions of the Social Security Act 1991 in so far as they relate to matters for which I have responsibility under the Administrative Arrangements Order.

Personal care support scheme
The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as Self Directed Funding Pilot (being a scheme established by the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services) is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991.
