I, MALCOLM THOMAS BROUGH, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, acting under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991, determine that the scheme for the provision of personal care support, administered by the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) under its Attendent Care Program, known as the Direct Payment Pilot Project, is an approved scheme for the purposes of that Act.

This determination takes effect on 24 March 2006.
