Social Security Act 1991

I, JULIE ISABEL BISHOP, Minister for Education, Science and Training, acting under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991, determine that the scheme for the provision of personal care support, administered by the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) under its Attendent Care Program, known as the Direct Payment Pilot Project, is an approved scheme for the purposes of that Act. (1)

This determination takes effect on 24 March 2006.

[1] This determination has effect in relation to provisions of the Social Security Act 1991 in so far as they relate to matters for which the Department of Education, Science and Training has responsibility under the Administrative Arrangements Order as amended on 21 July 2005.
