1  Name

This instrument is the Social Security (Lifetime Support Authority of South Australia’s Self-Directed Supports Program) Determination 2018.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.

4  Personal care support scheme

  The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as the Lifetime Support Authority of South Australia’s Self-Directed Supports Program, established under the Motor Vehicle Accidents (Lifetime Support Scheme) Act 2013 (SA), is determined to be an approved scheme for the purposes of paragraph 8(8)(zi) of the Social Security Act 1991.
