These Regulations are the Social Security (Family Actual Means Test) Repeal Regulations 2004.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Social Security (Family Actual Means Test) Regulations 1998 — repeal

The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

· 1998 No. 159

· 1999 No. 340.
