1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Social Security (Exempt Lump Sum) (River Red Gum Structural Adjustment Package Payment) (DEEWR) Determination 2010.

2              Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Exempt lump sum

(1) For paragraph 8 (11) (d) of the Social Security Act 1991, a River Red Gum Structural Adjustment Package Payment is an exempt lump sum.

(2)   For subsection (1), a River Red Gum Structural Adjustment Package Payment is one of the following payments:

(a) Special Redundancy Payment; or

(b) Training Allowance; or

(c) Relocation Allowance;

provided under the program known as the NSW River Red Gum Structural Adjustment Package administered by Industry and Investment NSW.
