This Determination is the Social Security (Exempt Lump Sum) (Farm Exit Support Grants) (DEEWR) Determination 2010.
Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
Exempt lump sum
(1) For paragraph 8 (11) (d) of the Social Security Act 1991, a Farm Exit Support Grant is an exempt lump sum.
(2) For subsection (1), a Farm Exit Support Grant is a grant known as:
(a) Farm Exit Support Grant; or
(b) Farm Exit Support Advice and Re-training Grant; or
(c) Farm Exit Support Relocation Grant;
that is provided under the program known as Farm Exit Support, administered by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
