1. This instrument is the Social Security (Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment—Eastern Queensland Bushfires) Amendment Determination 2020 (No. 1)

1. This instrument may also be cited as LIN 20/210.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is signed.

Note: Any retrospective application of this instrument is permitted by operation of subsection 12(2) of the Legislation Act 2003.

3 Amendment of Social Security (Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment – Eastern Queensland) Determination 2020 (No.13)

The Schedule to this instrument amends subsection 4(1) of the description of Person affected by a major disaster in the Social Security (Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment – Eastern Queensland) Determination 2020 (No. 13).

Between the words “areas of” and “Gladstone”, insert “Bundaberg,”
