This determination is the Social Security (Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment) Amendment Determination 2013 (No. 8).
2 Commencement
This determination commences on the day after it is registered.

(a)in South-East and East Tasmania that commenced on 3 or 4 January 2013 which as at 27 February 2013 covered the affected Local Government Areas of Glamorgan-Spring Bay, Sorell and Tasman; and
(b)in central Tasmania that commenced on 3 or 4 January 2013 which as at 27 February 2013 affected the area of Ellendale and the Local Government Area of Central Highlands.
