1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Social Security (Assurances of Support) (DEEWR) Amendment Determination 2011 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

This Determination commences on 27 December 2011.

3              Subsection 7 (1)

In the Social Security (Assurances of Support) DEEWR Determination 2008 repeal subsection 7(1) and substitute the following subsection 7(1):

    7 (1)  This section specifies the requirements that must be met by an individual.

Note   Individual means a natural person — see section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
