I, ALAN TUDGE, Minister for Human Services, acting under section 124PE of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 and being satisfied of the matters set out in that section, make this Authorisation.

1               Name of Authorisation

This Authorisation is the Social Security (Administration) (Trial – Community Body – East Kimberley Region Community Panels) Authorisation 2016.

2              Commencement

This Authorisation commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3              Cessation

This Authorisation is taken to have been repealed at the end of
30 June 2018.

4              Interpretation

In this Authorisation:

Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.

Kununurra Community Panel means the unincorporated body established by local leaders in Kununurra.

Wyndham Community Panel means the unincorporated body established by local leaders in Wyndham.

5              Authorised Community Body

The Kununurra Community Panel and the Wyndham Community Panel are each authorised a community body for the purposes of Part 3D of the Act.
