1 Name of Specification
This Specification is the Social Security (Administration) (Schooling Requirements - Person Responsible) Specification 2014.
Commencement
This Specification commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Social Security (Administration) (Schooling Requirements – Person Responsible) Specification 2012 is revoked.
4 Person Responsible
Persons who are employees of the Northern Territory department responsible for school education and who may from time to time exercise powers and functions under sections 23A and 23B of Part 4 of the Education Act (NT) in relation to school enrolment, attendance or participation are specified to be a class of persons for the purposes of paragraph (aa) of the definition of person responsible in subsection 124A(1) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
