1              Name of Specification

This Specification is the Social Security (Administration) (Relocation Assistance) (DEEWR) Specification 2010.

2              Commencement

This Specification commences on 1 January 2011.

3              Relocation assistance

(1) For paragraph 42S (3B) (b) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999, a payment made to a person         under the Connecting People with Jobs trial administered by the Department is specified.

(2)   However, if a person is paid 2 or more payments under the Connecting People with Jobs trial in relation to particular employment, only the first such payment is specified.
