Social Security (Administration) - Queensland Commission (Family Responsibilities Commission) Specification 2012

I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, acting under paragraph (b) of the definition of Queensland Commission in section 123TC of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 (the Act) and on behalf of the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research specify the Family Responsibilities Commission established under section 9 of the Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008 (Qld) for the purposes of paragraph (b) of that definition.

This Specification commences on 1 January 2013.

This Specification ceases before 1 January 2014.
