1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Social Security (Administration)
(Declared voluntary income management area — Cape York) Determination 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Definition

In this Determination:

Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.

1. Declared voluntary income management areas

Each of the areas in the State of Queensland known as Aurukun, Coen, Hope Vale and Mossman Gorge, is a declared voluntary income management area for the purposes of Part 3B of the Act.

1. Sunset

This Determination ceases to have effect at the end of 30 June 2010.
