NOTICE UNDER SECTION 35A

I, JOCELYN MARGARET NEWMAN, Minister for Social Security, determine, under section 35 A of the Social Security Act 1991, that the Individual, Family and Carer Support Grants Scheme operated by the Disability Services Commission, Government of Western Australia is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991 with effect from 3 November 1995.
