An Act to amend the Soccer Football Pools Act, 1975, with respect to the Sport and Recreation Fund established under that Act. [Assented to, 24th December, 1982.]

Soccer Football Pools {Sport and Recreation Fund) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the "Soccer Football Pools (Sport and

Recreation Fund) Amendment Act, 1982".

Amendment of Act No. 45, 1975.

  1. The Soccer Football Pools Act, 1975, is amended—

(a)

by inserting in section 17 (2) after the word "Fund" the words "any revenue generated as a result of expenditure from that Fund and";

(b)

by inserting in section 17 (4) after the matter "subsection (2)" the words "and section 13B (3) (a) of the Totalizator (Off-course Betting) Act, 1964,".
