1      Name of plan

This plan is Snowy River Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment

No 13).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to add certain properties to Schedule 7 (Heritage items) to Snowy River Local Environmental Plan 1997.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as follows:

(a)	Ashfield, Lot 118, DP 720173, Parish of Crackenback,
(b)	Barrymore, Lot 26, DP 270225, Parish of Abington,
(c)	Coolringdon, Lot 2, DP 522635, Parish of Gungarlin,
