  1. This Act may be cited as the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Authority Act

SNOWY MOUNTAINS HYDRO-ELECTRIC AUTHORITY ACT 1960 - SECT. 2. 
Extension of period of office of Commissioner 

Amended by No. 96, 1963, s. 2

SECT

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (4) of section
nine of the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Power Act 1949-1958, but subject to
the other provisions of that Act, the Commissioner constituting the Snowy
Mountains Hydro-electric Authority holding office at the commencement of this
Act shall continue in his office until and including the twenty-sixth day of
April, One thousand nine hundred and sixty seven.
