Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997 New South Wales

No 99—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 of the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, declare the following works, activities and other things connected with the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Scheme to be the existing Scheme development for the purposes of Part 7 of that Act:

The works, activities and other things listed in the document entitled Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997—Schedule of Existing Developments in accordance with Section 40 of the Act, approved by the Minister for Planning on 5 March 2002, and deposited in the Queanbeyan office of the Department of Planning.
