SMALL PELAGIC FISHERY (CLOSURES) DIRECTION REVOCATION 2017

I, JAMES FINDLAY, Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority, as delegate under Fisheries Delegation No. 2 of 2016 made on 14 November 2016 from the Commission, make the following Direction under subsection 41A(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

Citation

  1. This Direction may be cited as the Small Pelagic Fishery (Closures) Direction Revocation 2017.

Commencement

  1. This Direction commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Revocation of previous Direction

  1. This Direction revokes the Small Pelagic Fishery (Closures) Direction No 1 2015 with effect from the commencement of this Direction.
