Victoria intituled “ An Act to amend the Law resjyecting the Recovery lo Vie. No. lo. of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—

of the Courts of Petty Sessions Be it therefore enacted by the
