Preamble.

W J IIE R !']AS it is expedient to furtiioi’ amend an Act passed in the

t T tenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria intituled “ A n A ct to amend the Jjaw respecting the recovery o f Smatl Debts in all parts o f the Colon f ^ and to extend the operation of the Courts of Petty Sessions Ee it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty hy and ivith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

Operation of 10 Vio.	1.
