REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Small Claims Tribunals

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

Regulation 3 amended

2.    Regulation 3 of the Small Claims Tribunals Regulations 1975* is

amended by inserting after the item commencing "For certifying" the

following —

On an application for a rehearing under section 34 (2)

of the Act 21. ".
