SMALL CLAIMS TRIBUNALS AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Small Claims Tribunals

Amendment Regulations 1992.

Regulation 3 amended

2.    Regulation 3 of the Small Claims Tribunals Regulations 1975* is

amended by deleting "5" and substituting the following —

a 7 f) .
