SMALL CLAIMS TRIBUNALS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Small Claims Tribunals Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Regulation 3 amended

2.Regulation 3 of the Srnall Claims Tribunals Regulations 1975* is amended

by deleting the fee amounts "20" and "3" and substituting respectively the

following fee amounts-
