AN ACT to amend the Small Claims Tribunals Act,
1974-1978.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Small Claims 217gtNion.

Section 7

| referee. | (a) | who is a legal practitioner whose name appears on the Roll of Practitioners referred to in section 23 of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1893; |
| (b) | who is not suspended from practice pursuant to the Legal Practitioners Act, 1893; and | |
| (c) | who has not attained the age of seventy-five years, |
may be appointed and hold office as a referee. .
