Small Claims Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Small Claims Act 1974.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

Prescribed fee

2.  Regulation 3 of the Small Claims Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from paragraph (a) “$20” and substituting “$25”; and

(b)by omitting from paragraph (b) “$50” and substituting “$55”.
