Small Claims Regulations

I, LIONEL FROST BOWEN, the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulations under the Small Claims Ordinance 1974.

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Small Claims Regulations.

Commencement

2.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Prescribed fee

3.  The prescribed fee for the purposes of subsection 46 (1) of the Small Claims Ordinance 1974 is $20.
