This regulation may be cited as the Skin Penetration Amendment Regulation 1992 . Amended regulation 2. The Skin Penetration Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation.

2 Skin Penetration Amendment Regulation 1992 Omission of s.2 (Arrangement of regulation) 3. Section 2— omit. No. 50, 1992 Amendment of s.4 (Interpretation) 4. Section 4(1) (definition “skin penetration” )— omit, insert — ‘ “skin penetration” means tattooing, ear piercing, acupuncture, or any other process by which the skin of a living person is penetrated; ’. Amendment of s.12 (Operator to remain clean) 5. Section 12(c)— omit ‘ or overall of washable white or light coloured material ’. Amendment of s.14 (Communicable diseases) 6.(1) Section 14 (Heading)— omit, insert ‘Notifiable Diseases’. (2) Section 14— omit ‘ communicable ’ (wherever occurring), insert ‘ notifiable ’. (3) Section 14(5)(b)— omit ‘ celcius ’ , insert ‘ celsius ’. Amendment of s.17 (Cleansing of skin, appliances etc.) 7. Section 17(1)— omit ‘ and which was so supplied with a label stating that it holds such substance ’.
