AN ACT to amend the Skeleton Weed (Eradication

Fund) Act, 1974-1976.

[Assented to 30th August, 1979.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:--

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Skeleton giart title

Weed (Eradication Fund) Act Amendment Act, citation.

1979.

(2) In this Act the Skeleton Weed (Eradication Act No. 76

Fund) Act, 1974-1976 is referred to as the principal 11.91,ted	by Act No
Act.	89 of 1976.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Skeleton Weed (Eradication Fund) Act, 1974-1979.

Section 9

amended. 2. Section 9 of the principal Act is amended

(a) by substituting for the passage "1978-1979"

in subsection (2), the passage "1981-1982";

(b) by deleting the word "and" after paragraph

(e) of subsection (5);

(c) by substituting for the passage "1978- 1979," in line five of paragraph (f) of subsection (5) the passage "1978-1979;" ; and

(d) by adding after paragraph (f) of subsection

(5) the following paragraphs

(g)	delivered during the period of twelve months ending the thirty-first day of October, 1980 shall be deemed to have been grown during the crop year 1979-1980;
(h)	delivered during the period of twelve months ending the thirty-first day of October, 1981 shall be deemed to have been grown during the crop year 1980-1981; and

(i)   delivered during the period of twelve months ending the thirty-first day of October, 1982 shall be deemed to have been grown during the crop year 1981-1982, .

Section 10

amended.	3. Section 10 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the passage "1978-1979" in para- graph (b), the passage "1981-1982".
Section 18
amended.	4. Section 18 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the passage "1978-1979" in line two of subsection (1), the passage "1981-1982".
