Site Environmental & Remediation Services Pty Ltd Greenfields Employer Agreement 2009.
[1] This is an application under Section 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 for the approval of the Site Environmental & Remediation Services Pty Ltd Greenfields Employer Agreement 2009.
[2] This application was lodged on 11 November 2009. The applicant at the time of lodgement did not file a Form 20 – Employers Declaration in Support of an Application for Approval of a Greenfields Agreement.
[3] The applicant has twice been left messages requesting this Form 20 be filed but no response has been received.
[4] As a consequence there is not sufficient information before me to be satisfied that all the requirements of s.186 and s.187 have been satisfied.
[5] Consequently the agreement cannot be approved and this application is dismissed.
