Preamble. 'T^TH EREA S the Legislative Assembly did on the sixth day of July

in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six pass the following Resolution viz. ;—“ Tliat in vicAV of the long distinguished and patriotic services of Sir John Robertson K.C.M.G. a late Member of this House there he granted to him out of tlic Consolidated Revenue Eund of IScAV South AVales a sum not exceeding Ten Thousand Rounds sterling” And Avhereas it is expedient that such Resolution should he carried into effect hy Legislative enactment Be it therefore enacted hy the (Queen’s Alost Excellent Majesty hy and Avith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in RaiTiamcnt assembled and hy the authority of the same as follows:—

Reremm°Fund	addrcsscd to the Colouial Treasurer to direct the payment out of the
John Robertson.	Consolidated Revenue Eund to Sir John Robertson Knight Commander of Saint Michael and Saint George late a Alcmhcr for the Electoral District of Aludgee in this present Parliament of the sum of Ten Thousand Pounds sterling And such Avarrant shall charge the Con­ solidated Revenue Eund Avith the payment of the said sum and shall be a discharge for such payment to the said Treasurer.
