2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 2001, DP 1173531, being part of 16 Dorsman Drive,

Singleton Heights.

4      Amendment of Singleton Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.
