1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 81).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone 6 (a) (Public Open Space and Recreation Zone) to Zone 1 (a) (Rural Zone) under Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996, it applies to part of Lot 6, DP 255886, Darlington Road, Darlington, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “1 (a)” on Sheet 5 of the map marked “Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 81)” (the amending map) deposited in the office of Singleton Council.

To the extent that this Plan reclassifies public land from community

land to operational land, it applies to:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 36997, Putty Road, Mt Thorley, and
(b)	Lot 6, DP 861727, Stanhope Road, Elderslie, and
(c)	Lots 4 and 5, DP 1017441, Gresford Road, Sedgefield, and
(d)	part of Lot 6, DP 255886, Darlington Road, Darlington,

as shown edged heavy black respectively on Sheets 1–4 of the

amending map.
