1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 80).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Branxton, known as the

Radford Park Rural–Residential Release Area:

(a)	Lot 22, DP 861508, 103A Elderslie Road,
(b)	Lot 13, DP 595347, 137 Elderslie Road,
(c)	Lot 140, DP 619407, 181 Elderslie Road,
(d)	Lot 121, DP 628116, 211 Elderslie Road,

as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 80)” deposited in the office of Singleton Council.
