1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 75).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone 2 (Residential Zone) to Zone 3 (Business Zone) under Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996, it applies to Lot 31, DP 1161474, Lot 5, DP 1148615, Lots 44–46, DP 234835, Lot 431, DP 1091041 and Lot 1, DP 1148615, 2A–10 Maitland Road and 1 and part of 3 Howe Street, Singleton, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3” on the map marked “Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 75)” deposited in the office of Singleton Council.

To the extent that this Plan removes certain additional land uses as a consequence of the rezoning, it applies to Lots 1, 2 and 39–46, DP 234835, 2–16 Maitland Road, 1 Howe Street and 2 Kennedy Street, Singleton.
