No 38)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 38).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Singleton Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of a building design and construction business.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 1, DP 995516, Parish of Whittingham,

No 128 George Street, Singleton.

4 Amendment of Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996

Singleton Local Environmental Plan 1996 is amended by inserting

at the end of Schedule 4 the following words:

Land being Lot 1, DP 995516, Parish of Whittingham, No 128 George Street, Singleton—building design and construction business.

BY AUTHORITY
