MR H. SINANOVIC appeared in person.

HAYNE J:   You are the applicant in each of these applications.  Is that right?

MR SINANOVIC:   That is correct, your Honour.

HAYNE J:   Yes.  We have read the papers that have been submitted.  You have a total of up to 20 minutes to make any further submissions or arguments that you want to make.  Is there anything you want to add to what is in writing?

MR SINANOVIC:   I just want to add this document, your Honour, and I do not wish to speak.  I leave it entirely to the papers.

HAYNE J:   Yes.  Thank you very much.  Yes, if you would sit down then, Mr Sinanovic, we will look at this.  This is, I think, a document that we have already been given and we have already seen this document, I think.  We have seen this before.

MR SINANOVIC:   I think that is additional material been prepared last night.

HAYNE J:   Yes, I see.  Very well.

MR SINANOVIC:   Thank you.

HAYNE J:   There are three applications before the Court, all of them seeking leave to appeal against orders refusing leave to file process.  Each of the orders refusing leave to file process was plainly right.  Each of the applications for leave to appeal is accordingly dismissed.

The Court is adjourned to 10.15 am tomorrow in Canberra.

AT 3.05 PM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
