Application for approval of the Sigma (SA/NT) Enterprise Agreement 2018.
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 14 December 2018 [[2018] FWCA 7588, AE501075 and PR703144] is corrected as follows:
At paragraph 7 of the Decision is amended as follows:
The “Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA)” and “National Union of Workers (NUW)”, being bargaining representatives for the Agreement, have given notice under s.183 of the Act that they want the Agreement to cover them. In accordance with s.201(2) of the Act I note that the Agreement covers these organisations.
