I make the following order under section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .12 April 2012

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3ExemptionFor section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 , newsagents are declared as a class of shops that may be kept open before 12:30 p.m. on Anzac Day.
