I make the following order under section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .16 April 2015

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Order 2015 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3ExemptionFor the purposes of section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 , it is declared that the following shops may be kept open before 12:30 p.m. on Anzac Day: (a) Beaconsfield (Wilkes) IGA Everyday (ABN 22 060 679 469), Weld Street, Beaconsfield; (b) Hilly’s IGA Everyday (ABN 84 378 163 153), Cecilia Street, St Helens; (c) Spreyton Supermarket (ABN 60 100 747 877), Mersey Main Road, Spreyton. 4ExpiryThis order expires on 26 April 2015.
