This Plan is Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Nowra:

(a)	Lot 30, DP 25114, 2 Albatross Road,
(b)	Lot 29, DP 25114, 4 Albatross Road,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 25114, 173 Kinghorne Street.

4      Maps

replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
